The Soccer Centre was established in 1996 and the main objective is to introduce young children to playing and enjoying Football and also to encourage them to develop their skills.

Activities

Varied and fun practice routines taken by qualified coaches. Small sided football matches and team games.

Venue and Session Times

The soccer school is on every Saturday. The venue and session times are shown below:

  • The outdoor venue for the soccer school is the Public Park, Broxburn
  • The session starts at 10.30 AM and finishes at 12.00 noon
  • From early November to the end of March each year the soccer school moves indoors to Broxburn Academy
  • The indoor sessions are at Broxburn Academy and start at 10.30 AM and finish at 12 noon

The soccer centre is actively working towards giving all  local children the chance to play in a football team. Initially teams will be formed for children aged 8 to 10 years, but in the future the number of teams will increase. The teams will be be made up from the members of the soccer centre. If your child would like to play football then bring them along any Saturday.

We are particularly interested in promoting girls football. If you know of any girls between the age of 7 and 12 years  who would like to play in a football team then bring them along to the soccer centre.
