Looking to Improve "Grass Roots" Football

Broxburn Colts was established in 1975 and continues to encourage young people of all ages to get involved in Football.  The Club runs a number of Football Teams covering age groups from 8 to 21 years of age.

The original team was actually started by the local Cub Group at Under 11 age level. Soon after that more football teams were created and  admission was not restricted to boys who attended the Cubs. The Broxburn Colts Boys Club was thus formed.

A sign of the success of the Broxburn Colts can be seen in the current Under 21 team. A large number of the players in this team have played in the same Colts team from the Under 10 age level (started back in 1989) all the way through to Under 21 in the current season 2000/2001.

Venue

Broxburn Colts Teams play all their home matches at the Public Park, Broxburn (also known as the A8 Parks).  The parks are situated at the junction with Station Road and the A89 Bathgate to Edinburgh Road.
